Dietetic and Nutrition Case Studies

Dietetic and Nutrition Case Studies takes a problem-based learning approach to the subject of dietetics and nutrition.  It has been written to complement the internationally successful Manual of Dietetic Practice, with case studies cross-referenced accordingly.  All the cases are written and peer reviewed by registered dietitians, drawing on their own experiences and specialist knowledge.  

Each case study follows the Process for Nutrition and Dietetic Practice published by the British Dietetic Association in 2012.  In addition the Nutrition Care Process Terminology, formally known as International Dietetics and Nutrition Terminology, is used throughout the case studies, making the book globally relevant.
