\"Environmental Proteomics" aims to introduce advanced undergraduate and graduate students as well as post-graduate researchers to the advantages of using proteomics to study the responses of organisms to environmental stress, pollution and biotic interactions. The book is divided into five sections, introducing the reader to the benefits of a systems biology approach, providing an overview of the methodologies applied in proteomics, providing a literature review, introducing the reader to tools and criteria for data interpretation, and discussing experimental design problems and aspects of managing a proteomics project.
